Legacy Community Health is looking for an experienced Physician specializing in Infectious Diseases to join our Montrose Clinic team.
About the Position
The Infectious Disease Physician will be working at a large FQHQ in a medically underserved community to provide clinical care to adults, focusing on infectious diseases. You will provide infectious disease specialty care services in addition to general primary care. When a patient arrives at your clinic, you will prescribe or administer medication, therapy, or other treatments and monitor the patient's condition and progress to reevaluate as needed. Although your focus will primarily be infectious disease, you will also manage and treat common health problems and complex illnesses and disorders. The Infectious Disease Physician also develops and updates clinical guidelines for Legacy Community Health regarding HIV, Hepatitis C, Tuberculosis, PrEP, nPEP, and other infectious diseases.

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Completion of Infectious Disease Fellowship
- Current Texas licensure
- 2 years working with Infectious Disease
- Spanish speaking, preferred
