We’re seeking a Verification Technology Solution Sales Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will drive new technologies, competitive displacements, and market share growth resulting in business growth for Synopsys EDA tool suite with a specific focus on the Verification Platform. As an SNPS TSSM, you will be responsible for defining and implementing growth strategies in close collaboration with account managers and the support of field engineering and Engineering Business Units. You will also collaborate with TSSMs in the Digital Implementation and Custom Design and AMS domains to define a Synopsys-centric solution to address customer challenges.
Emphasis will be placed on the ability to identify, qualify, and drive strategic technical campaigns working closely with Synopsys Business Units (R&D, Marketing, and Field Support) and align them to achieve the defined Go to Market (GTM) and company objectives.
Position Responsibilities
- Project management, driving and coordinating technical resources to support an understanding of the customer’s implementation challenges and requirements. Adjacent technology knowledge in verification and hardware is helpful.
- Creating and fostering relationships with key technical decision-makers on the customer side and conducting qualification/discovery meetings with the goal of understanding how the Synopsys Verification platform fits the customer's needs.
- Collaborating with field engineering to drive the technical campaigns for pointed solutions to the customers.
- Representing the needs of our customers to the Verification Technical Marketing team and to Product management, with the help of field engineering. The Synopsys Verification platform is anchored by industry-leading VCS Simulator, VC SpyGlass, VC Formal, and Verdi.
Key Qualifications:
- BS/MS EE, CS, CE or related discipline and 7+ years of experience.
- Good understanding of the Verification flows and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with a passion for driving business in a challenging and rewarding environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced innovation environment.
- Passion for business growth and for cross-functional collaborations.
- Previous experience in technical sales is a plus.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $93,000-$162,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
