A $2,500 sign-on bonus plus RELOCATION is available for this position for candidates who live more than 50 miles from the unit! This position is bonus eligible! The best-qualified General Manager will have strong hands-on operational experience and will be accessible to staff while being able to delegate responsibilities and track the progress of team development. Experience managing a residential dining program with multiple retail units is preferred. There are multiple venues around the campus for catering.

Responsibilities:
- Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit.
- Plans and supervises special functions.
- Maintains cash control and payroll records.
