We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to help drive our go-to-market (GTM). You'll drive the marketing strategy around Awardco products and partner closely with cross-functional teams for customer/audience research, packaging of products, pricing, competitive landscape, and sales enablement. As the leader of Product Marketing at Awardco, this role will have high visibility and flexibility to drive forward our strategy and results.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our prospects and customer base.
- Establish cohesive and compelling messaging and positioning for Awardco products and features.
- Define, build and execute the go-to-market strategy for new products/features including launch timeline, content strategy, and communication plan for both prospects and customers.
- Create and maintain product messaging consistency across internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success, product).
- Drive new market launches with competitive and market research, product positioning, and messaging architecture.
- Deliver continuous value around Awardco’s products throughout the entire customer journey.
- Create enablement material to support Sales and internal teams around users, personas, competitive advantage, and benefits.
- Build campaigns to support new customer acquisition and customer upsell.
What you will bring:
- Clearly and concisely communicate products’ value based upon customer and business needs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
- Identify market needs using qualitative and/or quantitative research.
- Experience in a tech or start-up environment.
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic.
- Friendly, people-oriented personality.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B.
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
