Job Description
WE WELCOME REMOTE CANDIDATES RESIDING IN THE US.
As a Manager, you will work remotely and report to the VP, Technology Strategy, and partner with other senior capability teams at Merkle and Dentsu to build and deliver new technology-enabled processes for our clients. You will be in a pivotal role that involves the design and implementation of Adobe Workfront solutions, ensuring they align with our clients' project management needs and business goals. You will work across capability areas, have deep technical knowledge, and understand how workflow management is not just technology but a people, process, and change management skill set.
- You will provide solution direction to the senior leaders and developers, offering strategic guidance and accelerating delivery for clients.
- You will understand technical challenges marketers face as they adopt new processes to build and deliver content or campaigns across fragmented teams, marketing tools, and disjointed processes.
- You will serve as an in-platform Configuration SME, using Workfront design and build expertise.
- You will connect the business and user design requirements to concrete product requirements.
- You will configure Workfront using the most up-to-date automation tools like Workfront Fusion, out-of-the-box integrations and connectors, and using APIs.
- You will support implementation QA and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- You will create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes, including documentation of scenarios, modules, and routes in Workfront.
- You will deliver materials across PowerPoint, Excel, Lucidchart, Miro, Workfront, and additional platforms.
- You will develop and deliver reports and dashboards to provide insights into Workfront adoption and successful implementation.
- You will participate in discovery meetings with clients, new partners, vendors, or subject matter experts, taking notes, gathering documentation, and identifying follow-ups.
- You will support Internal Workflow Management Capability Enablement, promoting practice growth and knowledge sharing.
- You will provide expertise, vendor knowledge, and industry best practices across workflow management components including: Workfront, Firefly, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Experience Manager.
- You will bring an industry-leading perspective about this practice and create industry expertise.
- You will provide opinions and recommendations in all manner of process and technology for workflow management use cases.
- You will provide consultative direction and through storytelling and developing recommendations for how to best use information and technology to guide programs across all channels and media.
- You will develop materials to illustrate and educate teams on how workflow management, when implemented correctly, can support internal digital transformation and automated, efficient employee experiences.
Qualifications
- You will have intermediate knowledge, with 3-5 years in Workfront design and implementation.
- You will have at least 2 or more years of experience.
- You will have a strong foundation in software implementation, reporting, and analytics.
- You will architect and manage comprehensive Adobe Workfront solutions.
- You will develop system architecture blueprints and workflows to enhance project management.
- You will construct system architecture and workflows for optimal project management and configure Workfront features according to best practices.
- You will facilitate seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- You will understand Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components like Site, Assets, Multi-Site Manager, and Creative Cloud Asset Link.
- You will have familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Launch/Tag management, and Adobe Campaign.
- You will have knowledge of the Adobe Experience Platform, including RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Journey Analytics.
- Expert proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Lucidchart, Miro, and Visio.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- You will have to travel for clients up to 25%.
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
