Appian Case Management Project Lead
Key Role:
Partner with teams to help them evolve from simply getting delivery practices up and running to operating in a high performing manner. Lead, mentor, teach, and facilitate delivery teams and individuals in the adoption of agile, adaptive processes that promote continuous learning, feedback, and value-based delivery. Apply extensive technical expertise and display full knowledge of other related disciplines. Develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Perform work without appreciable direction to be reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective for desired results. Exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Guide the successful completion of major programs and function in a project leadership role. Represent the organization as a prime technical contact on contracts and projects. Interact with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Work with us to transform the future of digital platforms. Provide technical and management leadership for major tasks or technology assignments for a case management implementation. Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. Direct and control activities for a client, including maintaining responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing, to ensure that technical requirements are met. Assist with interactions that involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with IT applications and law enforcement case management
- 10+ years of experience managing large business process definition and case management for solution implementation, including large complexity and business criticality
- Experience interpreting client requirements and initiatives to provide guidance and direction to technology, database administrators, data architects, or technical business analysts to ensure adherence to standards
- Experience providing leadership with project components, including vision, strategy, metrics, information governance, organization and roles, information life cycles, and enabling infrastructure
- Experience collaborating with senior-level stakeholders and ensuring the integration of the various parts of the enterprise architecture program, including business, data, application, and technical work
- Experience working in management consulting, including analyzing and solving problems in client order-specified areas
- Knowledge of solution platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
