The Role
We are looking for a visionary leader who will join our team as the Director Product Ecosystem Architecture who will be responsible for driving ecosystem solutions and leading customer engagements with partners. This role requires a deep understanding of industry-specific needs and the ability to work collaboratively with companies in the same segments to co-create innovative solutions.
The Main Responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of ecosystem solutions that meet the needs of Lumen’s customers and partners, ensuring that the solutions are innovative, competitive, and aligned with Lumen’s strategic goals.
- Partner closely with the Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) organization on customer engagements through forums like workshops, customer calls, and more to ensure a seamless and productive collaboration experience.
- Closely collaborate with the Alliances and Sales teams to ensure a unified approach to solution development and customer engagement.
- Utilize a deep understanding of various industry-specific needs and requirements to guide the development of tailored solutions.
- Lead a group of solution architects, consultants, and evangelists who understand the nuances of industry-specific challenges, guiding them in creating solutions that resonate with customers and partners.
- Develop strategies that align with market trends and segment-specific dynamics, ensuring that the solutions are well-positioned to meet the evolving customer needs.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience and leadership in ecosystem architecture and solution development in a product organization.
- Proven experience and success in leading strategic solution development and partner engagements within a product organization.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific needs and the ability to translate these into actionable solutions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working effectively with Sales, Alliances, and Partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to co-create solutions with partners and drive market-leading initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of effective market research tactics and best practices.
Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$128310 - $171080 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$135060 - $180080 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$141820 - $189090 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$148570 - $198090 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
