About the Role
This is your chance to join a rocketship startup at the most exciting phase! We're looking for an experienced top performing Enterprise Account Executive who will both expand existing customer accounts and hunt for net new business.
You will be expected to prospect to key enterprise accounts and be responsible for driving the entire sales process, from first touch to close. With Sprig's value "Action for Bias" we are expecting this person to come in and make an immediate impact. We need someone who leads with a customer centric approach, is self-motivated, and can wear multiple hats and take full ownership of their commitments.
You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the Outbound Pipeline Generation process, ABM processes, and be a strong partner with our marketing team as we penetrate into new accounts as well as work closely with Customer Success to expand existing business.
Your Impact
As a Large Enterprise, Sr. AE, you will own the relationship with strategic companies including but not limited to companies in The Fortune 100.
- You will be responsible for building deep relationships within your accounts and elevating the business conversations to VP's and the C-Suite.
- Outbound Pipeline Generation: You must have the ability to generate 60% of your own pipeline by outbounding to CPO's, VP's, and Product teams. This is through a combination of net new opportunity creation and expansion opportunities within your existing customer base.
- Sales Cycle Management and Sales Methodology Criteria: Experienced using some or all of the following - MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, and Command of the Message.
- Ownership of Strategic and Enterprise Accounts: You will be the primary point of contact for your enterprise accounts and have ownership over the relationship.
- Territory and Account Planning: Create a clear territory and account plan that will guide your outbound efforts and allow you to partner with your BDR.
- Account Mapping: Research accounts and build a visually organized map of a company's key stakeholders, decision makers, influencers, blockers, coaches, budget owners, and the product organization as a whole.
- Expand Existing Business: Recognize and promote opportunities for customers to expand their use of Sprig across new teams and product areas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with your BDR, our Marketing team, and our CSM team.
Your Strengths
- Has 8+ years of SaaS Enterprise or Strategic selling experience closing both net new business and expansion opportunities within existing customer base.
- Experienced in successfully selling to The Fortune 100.
- Experienced in land and expand strategy.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- History of meeting and exceeding quota expectations.
- Ability to generate 60%-70% of your own pipeline.
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset. You always want to be at the top of the leaderboard.
- Adaptability: You understand that change is constant and you embrace it. You move quickly, and you encourage continued improvement.
- Effective written and verbal communicator.
- Experienced presenting in person and onsite with customers and prospects.
- Experience using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or MEDDICC.
- Travel: 30%-50%.

Employee Pay Disclosure
The salary range for this full-time position is $300,000 - $320,000 OTE + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
