One of our small fast-growing agency clients is looking for a Sr. Digital Account Manager or Associate Director level candidate to join their team for an exciting all-new position supporting a key B2B consumer goods and audio/music technology client account.
This Sr. Digital Account Manager / Associate Director will be responsible for managing cross-channel campaign activations, working directly with clients to build global campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, and delivering on those plans in partnership with the agency's operational teams.
Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 5+ years of paid advertising experience - agency experience preferred
- A performance and/or brand marketing background.
- Comfortable and well-versed in agency organization, processes, and systems.
- Experience building client-facing decks and other deliverables.
- Experience managing client relationships and digital marketing/media teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/campaigns and projects simultaneously to meet KPI's and key deadlines.
- Experience with website and lead analytics - i.e. UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Datorama or reporting dashboards.
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized and flexible; able to seamlessly move from project to project without issue.
- Onsite hybrid schedule required
