Job Overview
Graham Technologies (GTECH) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst who will formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, coupled with a deep understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Leveraging this knowledge, the Intermediate Analyst develops or modifies moderately complex information systems. Responsibilities include analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and addressing existing system logic difficulties as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, demonstrating a deep understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
- Develop or modify moderately complex information systems based on comprehensive knowledge and expertise.
- Analyze business and user needs, contributing to the documentation of requirements with precision and clarity.
- Address existing system logic difficulties as necessary, applying advanced problem-solving skills.
- Guide and advise less experienced Business Systems Analysts, sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Work competently in multiple phases of systems analysis, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
- Consider the business implications of applying technology to the current business environment, providing valuable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- More than five (5) years of professional experience in applications systems analysis or a related field.
- Advanced understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills proven to address complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document requirements effectively and convey technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including guiding and advising less experienced team members.
- Willingness to work in various phases of systems analysis and adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
