Duties:

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, contracts, and documents.
Conduct legal research on corporate laws and regulations.
Represent clients in corporate transactions, negotiations, and meetings.
Assist with due diligence processes for corporate mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
Handle corporate compliance matters and ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve clients' corporate objectives.
Assist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings and resolutions.

Requirements:

3-5 years of corporate, real estate, or transactional experience.
Strong research and document drafting skills.
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Current good standing with the California State Bar.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
