Maximus is seeking an experienced professional to lead the establishment of an AI Center of Excellence (CoE). The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping our AI strategy and driving innovation within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with stakeholders to collect insights and evaluate relevant information to inform the establishment of the AI CoE.
- Assessing collected information against our AI framework to formulate options and recommendations.
- Developing a program charter that outlines the purpose, scope, roles, and responsibilities of the AI CoE.
- Creating a draft roadmap that outlines strategic steps for the AI CoE's development and implementation.
- Producing a comprehensive study based on the assessment to guide the AI CoE's establishment.
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, MIS, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in Computer Science with 3 years of experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Ability to develop executive-level communications and presentations for stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with leaders to resolve complex issues and providing leadership on strategic projects.
- Familiarity with data science, AI, and management consulting.
- Proven problem-solving skills and experience in delivering methodologies on engagements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in consultative settings.
Minimum Requirements:
TCS142, T4, Band 7
Preferred Qualifications:
- Related consulting experience, particularly in AI and data science.
- Previous experience with Federal engagements.
- Experience with Big 4 consulting firms is a plus.
