Job Description:
This role will serve as Flex Solutions Chief of Staff and be largely responsible for coordinating engineering execution & product operations by driving committed product and engineering plans in conjunction with senior engineering & product management leadership. As the Flex Solutions – Chief of Staff, you will align and influence key leaders to ensure smooth execution of projects and programs across engineering, PMO, and product management to deliver complex storage solutions with multi-site, multi-team dependencies. As a part of your charter, you will define and drive KPIs, metrics, financials, & reporting dashboards to track timely, high quality project execution and product deliverables. You will generate impactful reporting and analytics and communicate insights and key recommendations back to leadership that improve execution. Overall, the Flex Solutions Chief of Staff owns business operations and drives planning, budgeting, and alignment of business priorities for the entire Flex Solutions segment.
Responsibilities:
- Engage product and engineering leaders spanning multiple product lines, sites to drive Storage engineering initiatives around planning, budgeting, process optimization, efficiencies, KPIs etc.
- Establish a strong governance, follow up framework for key leadership meetings and deliverables.
- Prepare impactful presentations, high quality documents and excel reports for updates, reviews, planning, decision process.
- Interface with other HPE BUs and represent Flex Solutions in planning, coordination meetings.
- Drive alignment and execution across cross functional teams for timely product delivery with quality.
- Define, identify workflows, metrics, and process improvement opportunities as appropriate for execution efficiency & KPIs.
- Proactively lead new operational initiatives as required for the success of the business.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business and product operations, program, project management, chief of staff or similar operational leadership role for a large org.
- 5+ years’ experience in direct people leadership.
- Prior experience driving alignment across large cross functional teams including Product Line Managers, Engineering, and Support organizations.
- Experience running PMO and Business Operations.
- Has a strong understanding of embedded, cloud software processes & agile development methodologies and working knowledge of various R & D, field core job responsibilities.
- Experience, maturity interfacing with sales, SEs and customers to deal with sales/customer escalations, strong customer empathy is a must.
- Domain experience in Cloud Technologies will be a strong plus.

USD Annual Salary: $173,500.00 - $398,500.00
