Title: Marketing Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits
Working hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours)
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
Our client, a prestigious distributor is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their small yet dynamic team. The company has experienced significant growth over the last fews years and is now excited to invest in their Marketing department.

The Marketing Manager Role:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement innovative marketing plans to meet organisational goals and drive growth.
- Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels.
- Brand Management: Oversee the consistency and integrity of the brand across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for growth.
- Content Strategy: Produce high-quality marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while maximising ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics to adjust strategies as necessary.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, accounts, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
You’ll Need:
- A proven track record of creating and executing Marketing Strategies
- Experienced in Project Management, achieving key milestones and delivering within budget and on time
- A proactive individual who is able to manage their own workload and multitask within a fast paced environment
- An innovate individual who is able to generate new ideas and present to wider teams
- Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate with internal and external personnel
- Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, website management, email marketing, and social media platforms
- Experience of managing budgets and forecasting
