Hybrid/Remote | NJ/NYC area (Commutable to Parsippany HQ)
We are seeking a Marketing Insights Analyst to join a dynamic team, focusing on marketing research and consumer insights to support key business initiatives like new product development, branding, and contractor programs. This role will collaborate with various internal teams to drive marketing strategy through research and data analysis. You'll use company tools and manage vendor relationships to deliver actionable insights that shape our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end research projects from gathering requirements to launching studies and delivering results.
- Work closely with senior Insights team members and external vendors to execute market research initiatives.
- Use platforms like Qualtrics to create and analyze surveys, conducting qualitative research such as focus groups and interviews as needed.
- Present key insights and research results to business leaders and senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Support research needs related to Products, Programs, Services, and Events for key stakeholders such as Contractors, Architects, Specifiers, Building Envelope Consultants, and Distributors.
- Collaborate with the channel marketing team, legal, and marketing services to distribute surveys and manage user experience testing.
- Assist the Insights Team in bringing research projects to successful completion.
Core Competencies:
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to apply business insights and analytical thinking to solve challenges.
- Skilled in building partnerships and managing conflicts when needed.
- Adaptable under pressure with a strong work ethic and drive for success.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; intermediate experience with Qualtrics or other survey tools.
- Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other departments and customers.
- Passion for learning and analyzing data to uncover actionable insights.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Marketing, Management, Psychology, Finance, Economics, Architecture/Engineering, or Sustainability).
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing research or insights roles.
- Experience or technical understanding of the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications from institutions like N/ng, Burke, or similar organizations are also considered in lieu of a degree, depending on experience.
