YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Orchestrate the motion of every project liaising with all departments from start through completion.
- Understand scope of client request and implications to translate requests.
- Align with resource management to ensure resources are available and present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Use strong communication skills (written and verbal) to work with Product Managers to establish overall release goals and identify dependencies for cross-product initiatives.
- Help inform technical requirements such as data compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
- Work with product teams to ensure that the acceptance criteria is met; Identify dependencies and drive teams to address them.
- Manage simultaneous projects and priorities within budgetary and schedule constraints.
- Monitor, report and solve for project progress and risk, redirect as required through keen prioritization skills and escalate as necessary to ensure integrity of client scopes.
- Lead quality assurance requirements for the project and maintain the required level of quality.
- Ensure the different aspects of requirements are taken into consideration such as data measurement, exceptions, analytics, privacy, and accessibility.
- Drive reporting process required for project including status, risks, scope changes, etc.
- Provide documentation for all completed and in-progress work for both internal and external facing projects.
- Initiate all activities to support “retrospectives.”
- Contribute, and when assigned, lead efficient meetings and conference calls and ensure timely conference notes and action steps taken.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Project Management, Product Management, Computer and Information Systems, or related field, plus 2 years of professional experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, or any occupation/position/job title involving IT Project Management.
- Must also have experience in the following: 2 years of professional experience managing project workflows in an enterprise management software system (Workfront, D365, or Trello);
- 2 years of professional experience utilizing Atlassian products (including Jira and Confluence);
- 2 years of professional experience gathering and ensuring all aspects of business requirements are taken into consideration including data measurement, data visualization, privacy management or analytics in translation to technical requirements.
- 2 years of professional experience delivering software solutions utilizing SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
- 2 years of professional experience utilizing web technologies including HTML, DHTML, XML, and Flash.
- 2 years of professional experience utilizing Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET, MVC, and MSSQL.
- 2 years of professional experience utilizing front end technologies including jQuery.
- 2 years of professional experience working in cloud environments inclusive of Azure and AWS.
- 2 years of professional experience working with product teams to ensure that the acceptance criteria of business requirements are met.
- 2 years of professional experience leading quality assurance requirements projects and maintaining the required level of quality.

Our company provides a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits plan. A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $90,000 - $140,000. This range is specific to Los Angeles and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications, etc. This is an exempt position.
