About this Role:
We’re searching for a visionary Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to strategically lead our credit union’s growth strategy. You will spearhead efforts to grow membership, deposits, and loans through data-driven insights, strategic marketing, and product innovation. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster meaningful, long-term relationships with our members.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and Capturing Growth Opportunities: You’ll lead the charge in finding new ways to grow our member base, deposits, and loan portfolios. Whether it’s partnering with other organizations, launching a killer new product, or rethinking how we engage members, you’ll make it happen.
- Optimizing Our Partnerships: You’ll leverage our existing base and find new ways to add value, turning these partnerships into growth machines.
- Leading with Creativity and Innovation: You’ll have the creativity and freedom to drive innovative solutions in an environment that loves to create impactful strategies.
- Developing a Data-Driven Approach: You’ll use data, analytics, and member feedback to inform everything from marketing campaigns to product launches, ensuring every decision is rooted in insights that deliver measurable results.
- Fostering a High-Energy, Collaborative Team: You’ll lead and inspire a team that’s dedicated to our members, creating growth and marketing strategies that resonate and drive engagement.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development (bonus if it's in the financial sector).
- 5+ years in a senior management or executive leadership role responsible for strategic marketing initiatives contributing to an organization’s financial success.
- Industry-related certifications (e.g., CUNA, CUES, SCRUM, or similar credit union certification).
- Strong leadership skills to inspire a high-performing team and foster collaboration.
- Experience developing member-centric strategies that drive sustainable growth, increase engagement and build loyalty.
- A creative approach to building products and campaigns that resonate with members.
