UM Shore Medical Center at Easton, a member of University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join a well-established practice in Easton, MD to provide PRN shifts coverage as needed.
Job Description
UM Shore Medical Group gastroenterologists diagnose, treat and prevent disorders of the digestive system, which includes the esophagus, gallbladder, stomach, small intestine and colon. Our specialists are skilled in performing procedures related to the digestive tract and liver and provide medical, surgical and diagnostic services for all disorders and diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, including:
- Barrett's Esophagus
- Colon, pancreatic and stomach cancers
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
- Inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis

- ERCP training preferred but not required

Qualifications
- Medical Degree
- Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine.
- Completion of Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
- Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Eligible to perform procedures in hospital as well as at Outpatient Surgery Center.
