Salary Range:
The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 yearly. The pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Join our dynamic, remote team as an Agile Product Coach where you can serve our federal client. You will mentor and guide product owners in embracing Agile principles and product ownership best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching to product owners on a Data Science project on Agile principles and best practices, helping them refine their skills in areas like backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, and product visioning.
- Train product owners on techniques to create and maintain a well-defined, prioritized, and value-driven product backlog.
- Guide product owners through Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, ensuring they are prepared and outcomes are aligned with business goals.
- Coach product owners on engaging and managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that product goals are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Help product owners develop clear product visions and roadmaps that align with business goals and customer feedback, guiding long-term planning and strategic decision-making.
- Introduce and monitor key product-related metrics, such as customer satisfaction, business outcomes, and delivery efficiency, ensuring data-driven decisions are made.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience as an Agile coach, product owner, or product management professional, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide product owners in Agile practices, product strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of data science and data engineering concepts.
- A proven track record of helping product owners identify and resolve bottlenecks and challenges within product development processes.
Desired Skillset:
- Experience working with the Federal Government.
- Agile Certifications include:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Agile Certified Product Manager
- Agile Coaching Certification.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business field of study.
Clearance Requirement:
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen.
