Your high standard for engaging and serving guests requires meticulous staff training and consistent support of staff to maintain standards. You are stoked to be a hospitality professional and excited to work for a company where your leadership and creative problem-solving skills are valued and supported.
We are…
A community inspired small batch brewing company with an 18-year history, one production brewing facility, and two (nearly three) unique taprooms. We’re past the stage of wanting to be a really big craft brewery because we’ve found real creative freedom at a sweet spot between 4,000 and 6,000 Beer-Barrels (BBLs) of annual production. With 50% to 75% of this volume moving directly to beer-drinkers through our taprooms, we interact directly with our market and optimize our beer selection to meet their current and future needs. We love our work making and selling beer, creating and sharing great beer experiences.
