What you'll be doing day to day
As a Business Account Leader, optimizing IKEA for Business sales and profitability, you will:
- Lead the IKEA for Business team; fostering their development, coaching them, and challenging them to encourage growth and exceptional performance.
- Create the IKEA for Business action plan to deliver to the market business plan with input from key stakeholders.
- Analyze sales and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to focus on important projects and enhance overall performance.
- Create a convenient and professional meeting with the customer in the market, both online and in person.
- Build long-lasting relationships with local businesses communities and actively promote IKEA as a reliable brand and business partner in the local market.
- Understand the market Profit and Loss (P&L) and the influence the department has on the financial results.
- Present and sell larger projects to customers' stakeholder/management groups.
- Create sales quotations, follow up on customer journeys, and see projects to completion.
- Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of related experience. Minimum 2 years leading and developing a team. Minimum 3 years in sales, customer service, or key account management.

The pay range for this role is $65,627 to $95,510
