Position: Apply software engineering solutions to operational problems and drive the resolution of customer escalations. Apply strong communication skills to all tasks, including working closely with our product and support teams and driving changes that will improve our organization overall. Provide code reviews, design feedback, and mentor junior developers. Strong contributor to software projects, implementing core aspects and providing feedback on their purpose, desired outcomes, and business impact. Contribute to the definition of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for critical services, driving adoption and helping squads meet those agreements sustainably. Align with feature squads and our customer support department to understand our customer needs and set appropriate expectations. Suggest and prioritize new services and tools to streamline our customer support processes in order to meet our SLAs sustainably.
Requirements: BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related + min. 5 years of experience in job offered or in Site Reliability or DevOps role.
