ManTech is seeking a Graphics Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position can be worked in Herndon, VA or Washington, DC, or Fort Meade.
The Graphics Designer III leads the graphic design strategy and Graphic Design Team. They serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders that include, but are not limited to, end users, Graphics Engineers and related IT personnel, business owners, and the broader graphics design industry. Where necessary, the Graphics Designer III adjusts team workflow based on industry advances and updated best practices. The Graphics Designer III supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff. They collaborate and work with other Graphics Designer IIIs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- 5 years of experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, or related discipline.
- Experience using programming languages such as C, C++, C# and Java to develop graphical displays.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,200-$164,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
