Background: McBride is looking for a new team member with strong management consulting skills who can support a large grants management project for a Federal client, with a heavy focus on financial management.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the McBride team with financial management and reviews of Federal grants.
- Working with Excel to build detailed and coherent reports with heavy data requirements.
- Building deliverables in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Supporting project management activities and working with the project manager to maintain contractual compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management consulting experience within the Federal government, preferably at a major consulting firm and focusing on data analysis, change management, and/or business process improvement.
- Aptitude for managing, working, and communicating with diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients face-to-face and via teleconference.
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate with multiple functional groups.
- Ability to deliver high-quality products using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location: 1775 Tysons Blvd, McLean, VA 22012 (or onsite with clients)
Education and Clearance:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- US Secret or above Security Clearance Preferred.
- Must be a US citizen.
