Physician - Family Medicine - HSHS Medical Group - Shiloh, Illinois
HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician for our clinic in Shiloh, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.
Practice Highlights

Position Requirements
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligibility
- 2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits Package
- 2 year base guarantee
- 20 days off + 6 holidays per year
- 1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off + 6 holidays
- CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year

Qualifications
Education: Doctorate is required.
Experience: Competent in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:
- Licensed in the state of practice is required.
- Must be licensed for Physician and Surgeon in the state is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA when applicable to their specialty.
- Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
- Must be board certification or board eligible.
