We’re looking to hire a Customer Success Manager, Ad Sales (Contract) for our digital music service client.
- This is a contract opportunity.
- The role is located in Culver City, Los Angeles, CA.
- Hybrid work: three days remote, two in-person – preferred days Wednesday and Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class customer service to our client’s advertiser and agency partners by being the point of contact, fielding requests & questions, and communicating with clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Own the RFP response and media planning strategy across all buying channels.
- Participate in client meetings for campaign prep & launch, ongoing optimization recommendations, and campaign reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional internal organizations to structure campaigns to meet client KPIs and deliver desired outcomes.
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance reporting.
- Serve as the product expert by educating clients and their agencies on new and existing products.
- Own the post-campaign analysis with learnings and recommendations to drive repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
- Experience in digital media, planning and/or buying.
- Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and the advertising ecosystem.
- Have a reputation for providing world-class customer service, the ability to translate client requests into recommendations that meet business objectives, and the ability to craft impactful sales rationale stories using data and research.
- Possess strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, CRMs, Ad Servers, and other digital media tech systems.
