Java Full Stack Architect
Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Java Full Stack Developer, developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. Responsibilities
- Understanding the elements of software development life cycle including planning development requirements management CM quality assurance and release management.
- Creating reusable libraries develop interactive and responsive interfaces
- Ensure quality practices unit testing code reviews leading tests
- Bridge the gap between user interface design and technical implementation
- Continuously research new and best coding practices
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Actively participate in release and sprint planning artifact creation sprint testing regression testing demonstrations and retrospectives and solution releases
- Supporting release planning with conceptual design and development / refinement of software engineering guidelines
Requirements:
- Java Spring Boot microservices architecture
- Having 10+ years of professional experience in Java
- Experience in creating RESTful services using Java and spring-boot.
- Familiarity with basic cloud concepts such as AWS or GCP or MS Azure
- Experience with source code control systems and concurrent development workflows (Git preferred)
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 9/30/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $113K – $195K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
