Assistant Store Manager:
You will be the Lovisa ambassador and lead your team by example, sharing sales techniques and achieving your store's KPIs. If you see yourself as a great leader and want to climb the retail ladder, then this is the role for you!

Lovisa was created out of a need for on-trend fashion jewelry at ready-to-wear prices. Our trend spotting departments worldwide take inspiration from couture runways and current street style to deliver new, must-have styles to our customers.

What we are looking for:
- Existing Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience in creating a team environment to coach, develop, and motivate your team to deliver great results
- A leader who cares for your team and builds great relationships
- A strong desire to deliver an exceptional experience to your customers
- Experience in delivering and driving targets (KPIs)
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Open availability for the retail work week
- Must be 18 years and older
- Store management experience in retail or hospitality
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Strong people management skills and a thorough understanding of performance management
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- A proven track record of delivering results
- Exceptional communication skills
- A passion for retail and fashion
