About The Role
The Director, Corporate Human Resources for Veralto Corporate will act as principal on all aspects of HR service delivery for the Veralto Corporate organization. This role will provide forward-looking, inclusive, and planful thought leadership and project management, including M&A expertise, for the leadership of Veralto’s corporate functions. The Director will implement human capital strategies and programs for functional client groups of significant complexity in collaboration with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Total Rewards, with the goal of sustainably and competitively positioning Veralto to meet future business talent challenges. In this highly visible and collaborative position, the Director, Corporate HR must possess business and HR acumen to lead business and HR initiatives in a global matrixed organization, while supporting Veralto’s Corporate cultural and talent agenda in furtherance of Veralto’s vision and strategic priorities.
Your Experience
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead HR service delivery including HR Business Partnership for Veralto Corporate. This includes all non-Executive Associates (onsite & remote).
- Service as Corporate “site leader”, helping create and deploy safety, engagement & communication actions to support the Corporate community of Associates (both onsite & remote).
- Lead the smooth execution of key HR processes at Corporate including performance management, annual compensation, and engagement surveying.
- In close collaboration with the Centers of Excellence (COE), architect succession plans for Corporate managers, and support development of robust talent pipelines with a creative focus on candidates who can develop into the “success profile” of future Veralto Corporate leaders.
- In partnership with Veralto leaders, develop and execute engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion strategies for Veralto Corporate; model leadership behaviors and activate the organization around Policy Deployment initiatives in furtherance of Veralto’s cultural aspirations.
- Attract and acquire skilled talent for Corporate, and effectively immerse new talent into the business.
- Develop best practices and implement policies and processes as applicable; collaborate internal and external communities to benchmark and continuously improve HR delivery and capability.
- Collaborate with clients on internal movement decisions, transfers, promotions, job enhancements; ensure decisions are aligned with talent and skill gaps, development plans, and career pathing while ensuring movement aligns with company leveling guides and policy.
- Drive Corporate workforce planning and headcount management.
- Lead small team of HR professionals to support Corporate Associate population (onsite & remote).
- Anticipate challenges and recommend innovative solutions for complex problems, some limited to Corporate and others enterprise-wide, in support of Veralto’s Corporate agenda.
- Champion the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) from the front by pursuing relevant CP/CT designations, leading, and coaching teams to high performance.
- Identify, advocate, and oversee HR (and related functions) kaizens that impact the efficacy of HR.
- Build internal partnerships, lead through influence, and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
Your Qualifications
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Functional HR expertise in the areas of engagement, associate relations, talent acquisition, talent and leadership development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, or compensation.
- Understanding of the implications of and opportunities that exist for the HR function to have on the evolution and future success of an evolving organization in the context of a dynamic talent landscape.
- Demonstrated record of measurable accomplishments with a focus on talent, organizational performance, or diversity and inclusion metrics.
- Sophisticated and demonstrated skills negotiating and coaching senior executive leaders, and experience social contracting and prioritizing with senior leaders; excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential.
- High degree of HR & business acumen, grasp of HR processes and policies, and understanding of the external talent market.
- Orientation to results, continuous improvement, and customer service with a high sense of urgency.
- Management experience with responsibility for developing others preferred.
- Experience with working in a global holding company environment that is highly decentralized is preferred.
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
Must be able to work on-site at our Corporate Office in Waltham, MA at least 3-days a week; local candidates preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
