- 2- 12hr shifts (24 hrs/wk)
- Weekend Requirement
- Select 4 individual shifts in 6 weeks
- Nights - choose from Sat & Sun
- Holiday Requirement (1 on, 1 off)

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred Experience: 1 yr LPN experience
- Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Must maintain a current LPN license within the hiring state and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Basic Life Support certification: Certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
