Director of Finance

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the company’s financial operations, prioritizing precision and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor accounting personnel, offering ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Craft and oversee budgets in accordance with departmental needs and broader company objectives.
- Allocate capital for projects in partnership with the Facilities team, assessing financial feasibility.
- Design and implement the company’s annual financial plans and forecasts.
- Conduct financial impact analyses of business initiatives, providing strategic recommendations.
- Oversee financial strategic planning, performance assessment, and risk identification.
- Execute routine financial analyses and generate detailed performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to relevant financial laws and regulations.
- Identify spending and revenue trends, delivering actionable recommendations.
- Manage communication with external financial institutions as required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance management capacity.
- Proven track record of supervising accounting teams and providing effective leadership.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance.
- Familiarity with property management software is advantageous.
- Strong dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal compliance requirements.
