Senior Solution Architect - Have an impact!
Rare opportunity to drive low code / no code adoption to increase the speed of process automation leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and your ability to bridge the business requirements, and the technical means, to realize the solution. You will work hand-in-hand with the business and technology teams to define, deliver, build and improve the technology solutions that will power Divert. You have broad IT experience throughout the project lifecycle, have successfully implemented low code solutions, and have experience developing in a Microsoft based environment. You are adept at creating the overall technical vision, outlining the phases, and driving the delivery. Your experience will help create and drive our automation roadmap.
Your initial focus will be our core food diversion processes which include solutions for logistics, transportation, finance and customer success. Technology solutions will include RFID, Machine Vision, GPS and industrial weighing technology.
What you'll do:
(30%) Technical design and implementation of IT solutions tailored to Divert’s specific business needs.
(30%) Develop efficient workflows, streamline operations and enhance productivity leveraging the Microsoft power platform and related tools.
(20%) Measurably improve business process KPI’s, developing and maintaining a roadmap for process automation.
(10%) Act as a consulting advisor to project teams from design to delivery and helping to enable end-users to automate their own tasks.
(10%) Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot the root cause of business and technical issues.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (required) with a degree in Information Technology or related disciplines preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in automating business processes via BPA tools and/or implementing low code / no code solutions
- 6+ years as a solution architect (or similar), 10+ years overall professional experience.
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Track record of delivering IT solutions that improve business outcomes
- Proven ability to apply continuous improvement and technology to business processes.
- Demonstrated experience automating business processes with low code and no code solutions.
- Understanding of Agile and Lean delivery principles and how to implement them.
