Northwest Texas Healthcare System , a 495-bed acute care medical center located in Amarillo, Texas , provides comprehensive acute care and outpatient services to the 500,000+ residents of the Texas Panhandle and surrounding region. The hospital is currently recruiting a BC/BE Neurologist for a position with our employed group, Northwest Physicians Group.

- Perform standard or specialized neurological procedures
- Subspecialty interest/training in stroke, MS, or Parkinson's is welcomed
- Quickly develop a busy practice due to current long wait times for new patients
- Hospital is an Advanced Primary Stroke Center with plans to pursue CSC
- Cryptogenic Stroke Pathway program
- Bedside Telestroke services 24/7
- Quantitative and continuous EEG monitoring
- Hospital has employed neurosurgeon and is a Level II trauma center
