Who we are looking for
The Product Head for Cash and Liquidity reports to the managing director of the Global Liquidity and Investment Solutions team with Institutional Services and will support cash and liquidity products across the region and coordinate with the global team. The product manager is responsible for the development of globally consistent liquidity and investment products that support our client’s cash and liquidity requirements. The team works with business and corporate partners to manage sweep products, deposit management, overdraft management and works in close coordination with Treasury, Coverage and Finance. Additional coordination with State Street Global Advisors and Global Markets to support our investment product offering is an important part of the role.

What you will be responsible for
As Product Head you will:
- Oversee and enhance our products to ensure delivery of objectives, meeting time and quality criteria.
- Represent the product in various internal management committees concerning deposits and liquidity strategy, engaging with senior management to address relevant questions.
- Drive regular forecast processes in cooperation with finance/coverage to manage the product metrics and budget.
- Provide subject matter expert support to coverage teams and the US regional heads to engage with clients on their liquidity/cash needs.
- Maintain framework and product inventory including all relevant liquidity products by cooperating with the responsible businesses.
- Support various technology enhancement and other strategic initiatives.
- Compile regular industry and competitive intelligence.
- Cooperate with Business Control Office to ensure end-to-end management reporting for oversight and transparency into Demand Deposit Accounts (DDAs).
- Instill a culture and environment of risk excellence and ensure compliance with regulations globally.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in cash management, treasury management or finance.
- Exposure to payment and cash management applications.
- Knowledge of Swift, clearing platforms, securities services and digital solutions.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
