This position will collaborate across diverse teams while executing on transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities- Execute transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Implement transformation objectives within cross functional teams
- Achieve operational and financial objectives for Transformation initiatives
- Translate strategy to operational tactics through focused efforts/actions that will have greatest strategic impact
- Utilize change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation
- Foster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Guide and support to teams as they navigate through change
- Follow through execution, and monitoring of transformational projects and programs
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Implement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize data analytics and insights to measures the impact of transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with analytics teams to identify key performance indicators and success metrics
- Assists in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of changes and makes recommendations to further efforts in attainment of goals.
- Support key metrics that will drive decisions and generate ROI.
- Implement training programs to build the capabilities of teams involved in transformation initiatives
- Provide education and resources to support staff in adapting to new processes and workflows
- Ensure programs success, develop and implement interventions when falling short
QualificationsEDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field highly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Five or more years of experience working within healthcare consulting and operations background required.
