Qualifications you'll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- The availability to work full-time, Virtual (in office as needed), with some travel as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare interoperability and integration technologies (e.g., API design, API Management, ESBs, SOA, Microservices, ETL, ELT, HL7, FHIR, X12)
- Excellent understanding of strategic and emerging technologies trends, and the practical application of those technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
- Deep knowledge on aspects of technology architecture (e.g., integration, application, data, networking, and security)
- Understanding of and ability to create architecture designs, IT principles, standards, processes, metrics, and controls.

Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, focusing on interoperability and integration
- Design interoperability and integration patterns, reference architectures, and solutions that connect disparate systems, applications, and data sources in a seamless composable way
- Translate highly complex business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and document all architecture design and analysis work
- Understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding enterprise designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes and facilitate an integrated cloud smart approach
- Understand emerging technology trends and disruptions related to interoperability and their practical application to enable new and evolving business and operating models
- Facilitate the evaluation and selection of interoperability and integration tools, technologies, and platforms
- Consult with projects and product/platform teams to integrate systems to the enterprise architecture and identify when it is necessary to modify designs to accommodate the interoperability or integration architecture to ensure a composable architecture
- Act as a lead consultant on interoperability and integration technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive business outcomes and ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture
- Create architectural designs to guide and contextualize interoperability and integration development across products, services, projects, and systems
- Provide deliverables like standard definitions, reference models, and architecture designs to support architectural governance to assess the impact of new and ongoing technology investment on the business and IT portfolios
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.

Remote with the ability to travel when needed to one of MVP's offices

The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting.
