HealthEdge Software Inc - Director, Product Management (Billing/Financials) - Lincoln, Nebraska
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our empowered product team at HealthEdge. We empower our product teams to solve hard problems—customer problems and business problems—in ways that our customers love and that work for our business. Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, generally comprised of a product manager, a product designer, several engineers, and QE.
As a Director, Product Management, you will lead one of these Value Streams, playing a critical role in driving innovation in healthcare and delivering products that make a difference in our customers' lives and the millions of members they serve. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of product managers to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include creating a high-level vision, defining product requirements, performing market research, and assisting in go-to-market strategy. You will also collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, implementation, commercialization, sales, and marketing teams to execute our product roadmap.

What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, B2B Enterprise SaaS.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and a track record of delivering customer-centric products.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
