Portfolio Governance Manager, VP
Who we are looking for
State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) – Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Portfolio Governance Manager, Vice President to coordinate people and processes to lead the Portfolio Governance team. They will be responsible for making sure GTS projects and programs adhere to PMO standards, including Minimum Viable Standards (MVS), provide executive reporting, and financial governance. This person will deliver tracking, measurement, reporting and governance for GTS projects and programs. They will also provide materials and knowledge to support all PMO roles within GTS. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.
What you will be responsible for
- Coordinating a team of portfolio governance leads to drive compliance of standards across the division
- Collaborating with, supporting, educating, and informing the Program/Project stakeholder community
- Delivering Data Governance to ensure accuracy of data
- Developing reporting, automation, and general systems to support the discipline
- Developing and controlling deadlines and activities for the team
- Drive maturity of program/project management across GTS

- Working knowledge of Clarity PPM tool would be helpful
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 12+ years proven related experience in technical project or program management
- PMP preferred, but not required

Salary Range: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
