Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified SMB Customer Success Manager to help us foster strong relationships with our existing customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground floor with maximum potential for career growth and the ability to make an immediate impact on the success of our customers. Our ideal candidate has experience as Customer Success Manager in a SaaS startup environment and is located in Los Angeles as this position does have an in office requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with assigned SMB customers to create success plans, ensure product adoption, and grow/retain business.
- Upsell new products and features to existing customers.
- Communicate with customers any new feature updates or changes to the Collectly product.
- Train new users on the Collectly platform.
- Work with the Engineering team to align product roadmap to the needs of customers.
- Conduct QBR's with main stakeholders of medium sized accounts.
- Leverage your relationships with customers to build case studies, be referrals, and write Collectly reviews.
- Lead the onboarding of new accounts.
Requirements:
- Located in Los Angeles (Santa Monica office location)
- At least 1+ year of SaaS customer success or account management experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Critical thinking skills
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
