About the Role & Team
What You'll Do
- Dashboards: continually evolve and improve our existing marketing dashboards within Tableau/Salesforce so that teams at all levels can understand what’s working, what’s not working and where they stand.
- Insights & Reporting: partner with functional marketing teams to help define and report on KPIs. Ensure team KPIs and reporting are aligned to marketing/company goals.
- Process & systems: work with Marketing Operations and Systems teams to continually improve our funnel data and the insights that can be built on top of it.
- Exec Communication: Put together materials to support our recurring rhythm of business exec reporting cadence.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, sales analytics, business operations, or other analytically-focused role.
- Knowledge of the marketing/sales funnel.
- Ability to partner with executives and stakeholders cross-functionally.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (e.g. should know commonly-used functions such as INDEX(MATCH), VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables).
- SQL experience not required but a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through; can own and take tasks through to completion.
- Experience with Salesforce and data visualization applications (Tableau, Looker, etc).
- Additional experience working at a high-growth startup or tech company.

Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals will work for Amplitude in New York City: New York City salary range: $91,000 - $137,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission).
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude California: California salary range: $91,000 - $137,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission).
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state: Washington salary range: $82,000 - $124,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission).
