With a team of 130 employees and attracting over 150,000 visitors annually, we are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to oversee the overall management of our establishment which is a thriving entertainment destination known for its dynamic gaming experience and exceptional food and beverage offerings.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the overall performance and profitability of Coral Cliff Gaming Lounge and F&B Venue.
- Provide visionary leadership to align with company goals and ensure a positive customer experience.

Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service standards.
- Oversee gaming activities, food and beverage service, and all related functions.

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures.
- Optimize revenue streams and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of 130 employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.

Customer Satisfaction:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and responding effectively to customer feedback.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall visitor experience.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure environment for visitors and staff.

Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Execute promotional activities to increase footfall and engagement.

Community Engagement:
- Represent Coral Cliff Gaming Lounge and F&B Venue in the community and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate in community events and initiatives aligned with the venue's values.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the gaming or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large and diverse team.
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
