About the Job
Overview:
- Ensure effective service management and support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements.
- Ensure continual knowledge management.
- Adhere to organizational guidelines and processes.
- Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in Starburst Presto Application administration.
- Basic knowledge of Azure, AKS - Azure Kubernetes services, and Docker.
- Experience in converting business requirements into technical concepts.
- Good knowledge of ITIL framework & service management.
- Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those.
- Analyze data and present findings through reports that aid decision-making.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timelines to accomplish tasks.
- Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models.
- Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scripts and perform detailed analytics.
- Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems.
- Create customized charts and calculations as per requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs.
- Perform SQL querying for best results, using filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
- Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions.
- Build good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues.
Mandatory Experience:
- Perform support based on established best practice methods of project operations guidelines.
- ITIL fundamentals.
