In this exciting opportunity, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management for Procure-to-Pay processes, focusing on cloud-related projects. Working closely with AI and various systems, you'll contribute to enhancing internal processes and implementing solutions.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate change management for projects, developing detailed plans and directing technical activities.
- Present and communicate proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
- Collaborate with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications.
- Review, recommend, and execute change management activities.

The Ideal Candidate
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years experience with project management skills and a background in accounting.
- 3-5 years experience with P2P procure-to-pay processes, which will be the primary focus of this role.
- 3-5 years experience with system implementation.
Preferred Skills:
- 5+ years in change management.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to articulate meeting outcomes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and stay highly engaged in meetings.
