Join us to do the best work of your career as a Senior Engineering Project Manager in our Commercial group in our Boston, MA headquarters. This is a hybrid role located in the beautiful Seaport district of Boston very close to South Station.
As a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will be managing new construction and renovations of projects both locally and nationally. Your role is critical in driving innovation and performance to achieve project success and client satisfaction.
Some of your responsibilities include the following:
- Point person for clients, architects, and contractors from design through construction.
- Leading a team of 4-6 engineers from across MEP, Fire & Protection engineering depts, working to devise and implement the right technical solutions for the client while ensuring excellent client service.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal engineering departments, architects and contractors.
- Management of schedule and budgets for projects.
- Represent team at design and construction meetings.
- Manage submittal and RFI responses to support construction activities.

Essential Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of Mechanical or Electrical or Plumbing or Fire Protection design and project management background.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in MEP industry.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
- PMP, PE or LEED certification is a plus.
