River of Life Christian Church in Greater Houston (ROLCCGH) is seeking a Full-time Youth Director.

Background of Church:

River of Life Christian Church in Greater Houston (大休士頓生命河靈糧堂) is a church formed by a group of Christians who pursue “Vibrant Faith and Excellent Life”. It is a branch of the “River of Life Church in San Jose”. Our vision is to build the glorious church of God through “Worship and Praise”, “Holy Spirit Renewal”, “Cell Church” and “Glocal Impact”.
It has been 11 years since its establishment in 2013. The church is located in Sugar Land, Houston. Most of its members are from Taiwan and China. Job Position and Description:

Position Title: Youth Director
Job Location: Houston, TX
Job Duration: Full-time
Preach and lead Youth Sunday service.
Partner with parents to guide the spiritual growth of their children.
Organize Sunday school, small groups, outreach, discipleship, and activities for Youth ministry.
Work with children ministry to build the spiritual life and faith foundation of the next generation.
Assist in Chinese ministry and participate in leading prayer meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Have a clear calling from God.
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Bible College or Seminary degree is preferred.
Understanding of the Asian-American culture.
Recognize the vision and core values of靈糧堂.
Have good communication, relationship, and consulting skills and a creative and pioneering spirit.
Have legal U.S. work status.
Provide two letters of recommendation.
