Job Summary
This position is responsible for filling open salary positions for the organization by utilizing a full cycle recruiting process. Reports to Director of Recruiting. Hybrid role working out of our Downers Grove, IL corporate office.
Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and publish requisitions using a variety of internal and external resources
- Full cycle requisition management from intake meeting to hire
- Facilitate meetings with external recruiting partners and Hiring Managers
- Build effective working relationships within the organization, delivering high-quality performance
- Locate qualified, potential applicants using database and/or online job posting boards
- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates using established talent attraction and engagement processes and tools
- Screen resumes and conduct phone screens to validate candidate applications and to screen out those that do not meet key criteria
- Provide feedback in the selection process; follow a specified interview framework
- Prepare necessary documentation to onboard a candidate (offer letter, relocation, background consent, section 1 of the I9, etc.)
- Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed
- Track and report weekly recruiting metrics
- Assist with the facilitation of recruiting campaigns
- Assist with the creation of new recruiting resources to attract talent
- Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as a recruiter in a manufacturing setting.
