General Manager is responsible for driving growth and revenue at the studio, including memberships, sales packages, and retail. In this role, you will drive all parts of the sales funnel, from leads through closing sales, set and supervise goals, lead a sales team, coordinate events, and ensure customer service and operational excellence for an exceptional Club Pilates experience. Strong customer service, communication, team orientation, passion for sales and service are essential. Fitness and Pilates enthusiasts preferred.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience preferred
- Confident in personal sales and supervising Sales Reps
- Ability to manage multiple revenue streams
- Previous management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solution-oriented, results-driven, competitive
- Affinity and passion for fitness
- Strong writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management
- Professional, punctual, reliable, detail-oriented
- Trustworthy and handles confidential information
- Proficient with computers and Studio software
- College Degree Preferred
