Midsize Seattle firm is seeking to add a Business Litigation associate with 3+ years’ experience to join its Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate law practice. Experience should include:

Drafting disclosure schedules
Purchase agreements and other M&A agreements
Corporate and LLC formation documents
