Profile:
Manage projects and other strategic initiatives to implement, maintain, and enhance AIG cybersecurity posture through IT Security Business Services Delivery across the business units. Lead and provide day-to-day oversight and coordination across the IT Security Business Services Delivery team for Cybersecurity projects, specifically System and Application remediation, Monitoring and Logging, Identity and Access Management. Serve as a subject matter expert/technical mentor in translating Cybersecurity requirements. Partner with the business and security team to ensure security standards are followed, enforced, and components delivered to improve security are implemented with high quality. Collaborate with Information Security Organization leads to deliver tactical and strategic work, and provide transparency and communications horizontally to all regional business unit Project Managers. Use analytics to identify critical security risks and recommend actions to improve. Review threat intelligence feeds from the company cyber defense center and track remediation progress across AIG business units. Lead geographically dispersed teams. Lead project meetings, communicate project status, assess project risk/issues, develop mitigation plans and resolutions. Work with teams to embrace scope and budgetary needs. Some travel may be required.
Qualifications:
15 years of experience in Information Technology and Project Management.
4 year college degree; MBA or MS a plus.
InfoSecurity, Compliance, and Risk Management experience required.
Experience with Qualys, Veracode, Tanium, WhiteHat, and Imperva required.
Development or architecture background with fundamental knowledge of security concepts.
Security Certifications a plus: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT.
Excellent Project Management, problem-solving, and analytical skills; PMP certification a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written; MS PowerPoint a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and across multiple time zones.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate security risks in business terms to all levels of the organization.
Commitment to advancing skills in the cybersecurity field.
