AgentSync is looking for an Enablement Success Manager to join our Customer Enablement team. This person will be responsible for internal product training for AgentSync’s new hire class as well as continuing product education as new features, products, and releases launch.
The Enablement Success Manager will develop and deliver product content related to AgentSync’s product line, providing internal team members with basic to advanced knowledge on a variety of topics, features, and concepts that apply to their use case. AgentSync’s product is highly configurable, and the goal is to ensure that our internal new hires, especially customer facing new hires, are confident and ready to advocate for AgentSync and answer the deep technical questions that they may receive.
This person will develop our core set of modules tied to content for our services and products we support, ensuring content is fresh and relevant to our users. The Enablement Success Manager will assist with agenda planning and adjust content delivery to be relevant to the new hire’s roles as you deliver face-to-face and/or remote training.
What you’ll do:
- Create, measure, evaluate, and iterate upon an onboarding curriculum to educate the AgentSync internal teams on the technical value of AgentSync.
- Lead the creation and delivery of hands-on labs that will demonstrate business value to internal partners.
- Partner with the Product, Product Marketing team, and the Sales Enablement Team to develop a regular continuing education curriculum to ensure best practices around new releases are widely shared.
- Using innovative learning techniques to make learning about our products fun and engaging.
- Overseeing the production of online content for self-paced product learning.
- Executing technical enablement for readiness of new product launches.
- Ensuring that all internal hires can access product enablement content.
Your experience:
- A proven track record of hands-on delivery of impactful product enablement programs.
- Strong technology understanding: 5+ years in a SaaS environment at an enterprise technology company.
- An advocate for AgentSync’s value selling approach.
- Experience taking a program from 0 to 1 with high visibility and ambiguity.
- A proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple functions and different seniority levels (cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to identify patterns within seemingly disparate concepts to prioritize how to present information in an effective way and what are the “need to know” concepts required to increase employee productivity.
- Experience of working across multiple, diverse geographies.
- A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement listed here. We know that every person has unique strengths, and we focus on hiring for those strengths, rather than looking for someone who meets every bullet point listed.
